Most Contested Divorce cases are not resolved in a courtroom. They are usually resolved in a Mediation room. A large part of an attorney’s time representing a divorce client is spent on preparing for Mediation. Prior to Mediation, we confer with clients either over the phone or in person (though in person is preferable) to prepare.
